When reading through the proposition before I misread the exclusion for agricultural land to mean there was an exception for farmers, when in reality agricultural property (machinery, storage facilities, etc.) would still be subject to the tax increase, which would end up being substantial.

With all of that said I’m really good with machinery (backhoe, trackhoe, trenchers, direction boring, skid steer, etc) I’m also pretty handy when it comes to work around the house.

The most common examples are durable lab equipment, vehicles, machinery, buildings, furniture, and computer software.Buildings, vehicles and machinery are specificclly excluded.

Their availability is going to be key in getting this project dried in within the 6 month build season of the area.This updates rough numbers to:-35k land-100k loan + 5k fees-10k permits engineering survey soils-30k well + spetic-electrical and phone hookup placeholder of 10k-6k for heavy machinery and gravel driveThis rounds out to 196k total costs.

All that said, sometimes stuff just isn't going to be right ever - it's carpentry, not machinery. 

In the beginning, the progress feels slow but you are working extra hard to get a really large piece of machinery moving.

Currently I travel all over North America servicing industrial machinery. 

The (c) exemption makes things a lot easier for individual sponsors who don't wish to set up a ton of compliance-related machinery for a marketplace and prefer to make use of vendor products to streamline the process.
