. - Start posting on your favorite social media site what you are looking for – not once or twice, but CONSISTENTLY for 6 months!

I personally do not like using social media (there's so much hate and negativity) so I am limiting my engagement to the forums where like minded individuals reside. 

Here are mine: Qualification Standards: - Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. - Applicant must be willing and able to pay rent.

With social media it is way too easy to permanently damage a persons reputation beyond repair.

Nationally I think there is a lot more fraud overall, not only rental applciations but loan applications, social engineering scam with emails etc.

When rents are not raised consistently, it becomes more difficult to do so in the future.Remember, keep your social life separate from your business life with tenants.
