This doesn't mean you should expect them to visit the property daily or even weekly, but they can stop by here & there to verify who's living there and speak with the neighbors.

I've been researching, but I'm more of a person who prefers speaking directly to someone knowledgeable.

I would also recommend speaking with an accountant that you plan on using to see what systems work best for them so you make it easy come tax time 

I understand florida is a bit of a moving target but I'd hope you could even speak to a broker that would give you a budgetary idea.   

The opportunity to structure a lease instead of a purchase opened up room for creative entitlement and capital stack planning.

I am probably going to join the course by Kai Andrews, it seems like it is in line with what I want tk do which is replace my work income w actuve real estate investing and then scale to 20 m's.Thats all for now, been a slow summer hope everyone is enjoying it🙂 you should look at larger deals than one single family. 12 months ago I was targeting single family home builds and designs and at this point I'm entitling and putting together 400k+ sq ft mixed use buildings worth more than 100 million.

I don't know much about BiggerDeals but if you are interested in a particular market I would seek out a market specialist and speak with them. 

I cannot speak to the legal side of things for structuring an LLC but just wanted to make that clear.
