In major older cities where residents are used to putting up with inconveniences such as NYC, many abodes don’t even have laundry facilities on site let alone in the unit.  

I don’t know that I have ever witnessed a time in the Smokies where unbooked outnumbered booked, in the summer months at least.We won’t see that unless there is a major black swan event.   

I will say that I am currently looking for new carriers as well as insurance rates here have gotten insane and most major carriers aren't writing many new policies; especially builders risk etc.
