I know this is more specific to west coaster in dense forest locations (cabins) like Tahoe or Big Bear, but how has it been getting insurance and does that take a big chunk of income for you all?

Mining is a niche within a volatile industry that has been a roller coaster ride over the past few years and also has some big variables that are uncontrollable: global regulation, hardware costs, technological advances in mining equipment and techniques, energy prices, and of course the price of bitcoin to name a few big ones. 

I have put days of work into helping her understand the process, answering question, going through her emotional roller coaster ride, etc.

This could, in theory, also open BTC up to a bigger class of investors who are not seeking to go on the roller coaster or are afraid of it for whatever reason.I don't know much about BTC, but some folks in my network do.

There are experienced investors that are looking at the speed demon roller coaster that was May June July and sat it out because it was like running the gauntlet. 

This year has been quite a roller coaster, but we are adapting to the "new normal" :)

The big dip in the drive way was like the dip on a roller coaster and it was a deal breaker for potential buyers.

., and have tried to expand their outdoor summer activities (like a mountain coaster/and possibly zip line by now)  and like any other mountain, trails/hiking/biking are summer activities, but there isn't much else.
