A real Estate entrepreneur in whatever venue avails itself in a given market and market conditions.

Say $50,000;  don't really need to know, this dictates your search/investment process focus.Size of investment you can do:  With $50,000 at 10% then $500,000 total project; 20% then $250,000.Are you a financial investor or a entrepreneur business owner?

As  a sponsor/syndicator/real estate entrepreneur  have you ever thought of creating a fund? 

I can very much relate to that.I have a daughter who is a total entrepreneur, runs a gym and is a licensed boxing instructor in Barcelona-she is also a bee keeper.

IMO Every young aspiring entrepreneur should get a job in direct sales right out of high school, and learn to sell.

Gary Vaynerchuk has been hyping it too as a useful tool for entrepreneurs.
