If you screw up in servicing you can lose your investment and be fined up to 2 1/2 times the balance, don't go there.I'm not endorsing any small broker, but we have a few here on BP might start there....I would think they could all arrange something.Watch out in buying a part of any one note with others involved, if it goes south some or all will lose out.

If it means section and there is professional management it is probably a plus because a portion or all of the income is pretty much guaranteed.
