i'd be interested in that info as well... from what i understand, there is a "blanket" policy that they can add and remove properties as needed. with 23, i still have individual policies and charges and i hate it. i have to tag transactions to separate houses and not just a lump sum each month.

And honestly, 1000 letters one time is a pittance if direct mail is going to be your deal source.Better as was mentioned earlier to use a smaller list and mail more frequently.Not trying to be a wet blanket here, but direct mail marketing is part art and part science.

It is a one on one basis analysis and not a blanket to cover all.... but the fact that Flat Fed Listing services (Entry Only Brokerages) exist and are growing exponentially, can be understood that the public considers listing agents too expensive ... this is our opinion for most situations.On the other hand, Bure Agents deserve their money.
