So skyrocketing rents don't help when they don't pay. 2) Our legislature is trying to make evictions illegal....they are looking for a way to exit the moratorium without anyone being responsible for back rent or losing "their" free home paid for by the new breed of government freebie: forced free housing at the landlords expense.
