There are a lot of stupid and counterproductive or outright malicious and deceitful people in all walks of life, including among Ivy League graduates, financial managers, real estate agents, brokers, doctors, lawyers, plumbers , you name it.

@Brandon Turner  consistently saying "do it" and "take action" motivated me to find and purchase my first property in JulyI have been able to connect with some amazing people in the states and here in Korea.Not so much BP but I am so happy and thankful that yesterday the Doctor told me the spot on my lung is benign.

So, if I have a person who gets out of medical school and has 1 day as a doctor, we are good.

Following this thread, we are a group of abt 10 doctors/dentists (all good friends) who want to jump into commercial RE with long term goals.

That's why many of us are doing this instead of being doctors etc...:)Many of the charges you'll get from title attorneys are pre-paids (taxes and insurance).  

No offence, but I know doctors, PhDs, Engineers who dont make that kind of money.
