I'm interested to see what effect the current pandemic / economic climate has on real estate values.

The current political climate in CA and its current penache for addressing the "Housing Crisis" is real. 

Weather, Texas is not only;y a dry hot climate but also has high wind, hail and thunderstorms.4.

Account Closed Those units are California and Amsterdam,  don't you worry about rust in your climate?

I can't imagine how they hold up in certain climates if wind is a factor.

This is not the normal month, but it is the kind of month I KNOW will happen once in a while and I'm prepared for it.Normally I would say the 50% rule is a little pessimistic for HI, because your climate is so mild (barring hurricanes).

I work with many investors from California.My office is Ann Arbor, Michigan but we serve the whole State.Lot to say about Ann Arbor being voted #1 place to live and retire in the country throughout the years, most educated city in the country and the Great Lakes making the area fairly climate friendly.There are some markets that are better for cashflow and some that offer more appreciation.To your success!

If the unit has wall to wall carpet and that is what your market likes (think colder climates) then replace carpet, but make sure you have a good pad so it will wear longer.
