In addition there were some minor damages (damaged entry door, broken vanity mirror, broken fireplace equipment, curtain hardware nailed and screwed into stained wood trim and window frames, sticky weather film to be removed from windows).  

I have retired form door to door and I am now focusing on all aspects of real estate as well as acting (film actor), being a studio musician, motivational speaking and being the best husband and father I can be.  

I'm in the film and tv business but have a brokers license as I love real estate investing.  

I am from a small town in Southern Oregon, but currently live in Hollywood, CA and work in the film industry.

This is probably not so much REI as it is a film making business and as such it is probably much more risky, it is also doubtful that many people specialize in a niche this small
