While on the topic of aviation, the unmanned aircraft systems program at the K-State Salina campus has also been bringing a lot of attention, growing pretty substantially in its own right over the past several years.And on top of all that, we somehow still manage to have plenty of shoe and electronic stores to keep everyone well clothed and in communication.

I found a civilian job working in aviation doing aircraft interior repair.

I've also been looking into aircraft hangers as I am getting my pilot's license and may eventually purchase my own plane although no hanger has cash flowed for me yet.  

one was Katrina Go zone write offs very easy to prove I qualified as a RE professional no adjustments  . the other was airplane and the section 179 bonus  I think they like to pick on Aircraft owner/Pilots who pilot their own planes.. so that one went through log books what was personal what was bizz what was training etc.. no adjustment. 

@Sean OToole Just need a turbo charged aircraft or a turbine and your fine.great airport other wise and the approach into it the views are amazing.
