NO, I dont want additional red tape and government intervention into our business affairs.For the record my wife and I go overboard in maintaining our places, we address issues as they are brought up, we provide air filters, respond quickly with maintenance calls etc.But the net net is the regulations are lengthy, keeping up on the changes for a small investor are difficult.
