Admission is $25 a person or $100 for a year I believe.

Well worth the price of admission.

So by your own admission you're posting just to vent, not to help.

This week I recieved my admission and acceptance letter to the college of William and Mary for Fall 2017.

I was removed from 2 of those for having no fault.  100% of the fault was SEPTA's, by their admission. 

If he is ever able to gain an upper hand then you probably shouldn't be self managing your properties in the first place.He's a well qualified applicant who seems nice by your own admission.

For me personally, the networking is worth price of admission along with the general boost of motivation you get from attending.

I contact the admissions department and have them send out an email with my contact info.

If you use that $5k for hotel, airfare and admission to events, you will have YOUR OWN database of potential sponsors and investors with more private money than you'll know what to do with.
