I'm probably not going to invent the next successful smart phone app.  

When I checked it out on my smartphones map app, I found it's in a neighborhood I used to work in and is a few blocks from the University of Toledo.

Invest in Debt by Jimmy Napier is a really good and short book that will educate you on the basis and how to calculate numbers ( i suggest buying a 10bii app on your smart phone to plug in the examples).I have Gordon Moss' and Fuquan's book that I picked up at Paper Source, can't wait to finish them.If you are able to attend an Eddie Speed seminar, I highly highly recommend it, especially if you are starting out but have a basic understanding of the business.

Do not let your smart phone be too much of a distraction, especially when your attention is needed most such as when you're approaching a house.A pleasant attitude and demeanor will go a long way towards soothing and calming people that might get upset.

There are several smartphone apps for this, you might check some out and stick with one that you like.
