So, I get wanting to find out what's going on.Other than the obvious things you'd notice, such as dwindling reserves, unusual maintenance costs, evictions that shouldn't have been necessary if screening was good, etc., maybe there would be a compromise.

The attorney said that if I were to move his belongings out of the property or change the locks without going through all of the legal steps it would be an unlawful eviction - even though he had never submitted an application and wasn't on a lease.Obviously this was an extreme and unusual situation.

I'm able to pay lower property taxes on one side this way as I can count one of the "condos" as a primary residency.I've never seen or heard of this before, this seems unusual to both the lender and agents especially in this area.

It should be in your property management agreement - all the fees your PM charging.They all go in your tax return as expenses and decrease your profit.When you signed the PM agreement, you should have to negotiate everything which looks unusual for you.If you pay money for placing Tenant, showings are included in that.Software is a Programm for PM?

It may have changed in the last year or so but basically the fed is (or was) buying a higher percentage of the issued treasury bonds now than they did during QE just in the normal practice of rolling their maturing debt.Bottom line is we are in unusual times where interest rates are being manipulated by the fed and other central banks.
