I've done extensive research and looks like tourist areas in San Juan are the ones with the most demand for VR(vacation rentals) in Puerto Rico.

On a similar note, I think there will be more realistic virtual tours that will come out as the technology for VR is improved.

As a matter of fact, most of the VR management companies here are so overbooked they're having to borrow homes from other management companies just to be able to host the demand for their vacation rentals.

Be very careful when selecting PM companies to manage your VR.

I would want it to be a VR rental/ short term housing. tell me what you know. and especially a community of them.

I really hope there are more success story's out there of people being as profitable or more profitable with VR than the negative reviews I'm reading about that seam more common place
