Might as well find someone good to help you, but you aren't obligated to stay in an agreement with someone who isn't fulfilling their end of the bargain.

A much more valid substitution would be to use the word happiness or self fulfillment as substitutes for success.

I can think of a few things that would be WAY better long term.1. would be to start your own Montessori school ( or a variant of that) I built a home for a lady that has 2 of them and she makes over 400k a year NET... probably be much more fulfilling to you long term and certainly more profitable and its a business you could sell for a good profit .

Think about what skills and experience you have that you can build on as well as what you like doing that is marketable in order to uncover what would be fulfilling to do on a daily basis for pay, and do that.
