Might as well find someone good to help you, but you aren't obligated to stay in an agreement with someone who isn't fulfilling their end of the bargain.

A much more valid substitution would be to use the word happiness or self fulfillment as substitutes for success. 

I can think of a few things that would be WAY better long term.1. would be to start your own Montessori school ( or a variant of that) I built a home for a lady that has 2 of them and she makes over 400k a year NET... probably be much more fulfilling to you long term and certainly more profitable and its a business you could sell for a good profit . 

Think about what skills and experience you have that you can build on as well as what you like doing that is marketable in order to uncover what would be fulfilling to do on a daily basis for pay, and do that.

I've heard from so many people like yourself that some of their best, most fulfilling years occur after they're able to quit working because they have to and begin working because they want to. 

I hit a point in my life when I realized my career wasn't fulfilling, and decided to make the move to real estate. 

There's a lot more to business & life than simply "fulfilling your contractual obligations".

I noticed this starting probably a few months ago or less and it wasn’t the same last year this time .I agree with Jay it can become a self fulfilling prophecy.

If you can't look in the mirror, it's really hard to feel fulfilled and satisfied in business and life. 

The upcoming recession will most likely be led my businesses not being able to fulfill their debts.
