North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.

i live in Thousand Oaks California, and this area is called the 101 BioTech Corridor, our area has new Bio-Tech companies who all were funded by Weslake Village Bio Partners 500 million this year.

Class A residential areas are going to be:Belle Meade, Green Hills, Oak Hill, 12 South, Belmont, West End.None of these areas are zoned for good schools.

There is also Island County (Oak Harbor) that has a great rental market, partially due to the military population.

The thing about it its that its airport is domestic only but it is about to change as Volaris has announced upcoming direct flights to and from LA. yes Cerritos beach of what I was thinking about a prominent builder who decamped from Portland owns the hotel on the north bluff and last time i was there .. the condo project was underway my buddy has lots there but I am not interested personally ..

It is a direct flight from SFO, OAK or SJC.
