So the town houses are in fashion because there is no HOA.

While "upscale vs old-fashioned" would be a subjective option, it would be great to aggregate data around a timeframe when "big items" were updated, i.e. cabinets and flooring were updated in <1 year, or roof is <3 years old, etc.

But that’s just me who has made his dime the old fashioned way of going to college for advanced degrees and working 9/5.

I know from previously the answer 0 and near to 0.... yet you speak as if your "the" expert of experts and act in ridiculous childish temper tantrum fashion when someone pierces the bs with reality and facts. 

So if I wanted to do MF at the VERY least I would get my brokers license and work for a commercial broker that will get you in range of those that have the dough to buy these deals. social media is not going to cut it in any fashion in my mind.. not for sophisticated investments.. there are some private facebook stuff were guys that are accredited chat but you have to get invited and vetted normally I am in a few of those for lending platforms.. which are mainly ***** sessions about crowdfunding platforms and deals that are not working LOL. 

The methods vary from higher end homes in awesome locations with themes like environmentally-focused entrepreneurs chefs kitchen beer and kombucha on tap, to higher end affordable housing like Padsplit, to old-fashioned, student housing, and low end rooming housings. 

Higher incidents of biting even though that other study, (done in same fashion as described above) proved that if breeds aren’t perceived as “dangerous” they are less likely to even be reported when the DO bite humans.. do we really like the Benji movies that much?

Wish there was a better way than all of these add on automations but this is definitely nicer than the old fashioned hard copy book that gets gross after a couple of guests touch it.
