During summer I plan on getting a bike to save on transportation, I usually work a 2 jobs in the summer (full time during all my school breaks too) which now I plan on pocketing everything from my 2nd job and around around 50% of the paychecks I get from winter break and reading break!

Location and transportation are important, but likely not as much in a smaller blue-collar city such as Red Deer.

We're targeting area that are close to public transportation or along the future skytrain line.

The larger Cleveland-Akron-Canton Combined Statistical Area (CSA) has a population of 3.5 million and it is the 15th largest CSA in the country.With its prime location, Cleveland served as a transportation hub on the Great Lakes, which helped it develop as a major commercial center.

On top of the above Spokane downtown is a real cool place to hang out, the city has great public transport as well as access to nature in every direction.

Nothing more than transportation for most truck owners.Love Caravans, most practical vehicle built.

Close to shopping, restaurant, public transportation, schools, church, town athletic fields, and the sportsman's club.

The rest of the economy will boom, the cost of transportation will drop and deliveies will only happen in non-rush hour and overnight.  

After a property is livable (fully enclosed, power available, safe water, heated, etc.) all rents collected have been used only as necessary for property maintenance and to pay property taxes.

Transportation- the idea of self driving cars makes a commute not as daunting to many folks.
