(Please note: I'm not trying to convince you or anyone to believe in what I believe in)  It's because of these beliefs that I am a continuous learner; try and surround myself w/ people with the same aspirations and moral code as myself; develop multiple streams of income (the streams are related but different).

We also picked up a few foraging books too and now eat many wild greens, nuts, morales, tubers, and high nutrient content plants for free…and it stops us from getting fat too so we will have less health care expenses in the future. 

Like I had some moral obligation to accommodate a buyer who couldn’t fulfill the contract.  

@Marcus Auerbach I wonder if you assume that the cash flow from cash flow properties an investor owns goes into consumption by the investor? 

They get nearly three times as much snow as anywhere else nearby.. the area is also over the top in wine production and consumption.

Is the logic that this action would be moral or at a level or greater morality than allowing the Waltons to possess their inheritance?
