I have been funding flippers in Toledo for many years now and we routinely pick up homes for 10 to 30k each  LOL of course they need reno.. but in Charleston the exact same home would be 300k in the same condition.

The days I get up and execute my MORNING MIRACLE routine are the days I'm more productive. 

I reviewed his lease and noticed that it had provisions prohibiting consumption of alcohol on the premises, as well as guests past 8pm, and he was routinely showing up to check on his tenants' compliance.

Outside of trying to get a deal, I keep a workout routine early in the morning, I've had one since I was in school, and now with COVID and being older it means that much more to me.

Highly recommend.I basically try to mirror his workout routine and have a gym membership and splurged on both the peloton bike and the peloton tread.

They routinely do shameful, manipulative, disgusting things to their tenants.  

Lastly, keep in mind this is a get rich slow routine!!
