You are creating a pattern of success in spite of the typical hiccups that occur in fix and flips.

If you see a pattern of remarks mentioning a washer/dryer as part of the deal then you'll need to add one to compete.  

Maybe look into patterning with someone on the first property.  

The human brain is evolved to see similarities and patterns in situations even when they are not there.
