And, in my humble opinion the realtor profession is dying a slow death.

I like Grant's energy but don't agree with everything he says - he comes off as a braggart and I just dont like people like that - would never hang out with them.Anyways I do partially agree with his stance on college - I went - and spent my money - my wife got her BSN -- but in a lot of cases it is worthless - especially now - In the age of the internet, social media and if you have an ability to teach yourself and network you do not need to spend XXXXX on College -- **** I'll place an asterisk here as it is necessary for some professions but not all - and certainly the educational system has not reacted or attempted to change in the internet age - The present education system is antiquated and just wants to suck every last dollar from folks - It's broken like our healthcare system.  

Two questions for you: of the 11 professions you listed, 10 require some sort of occupational licensure.

After 10 I say it's time to hire property management unless it's your full time profession.

It's also really hard to make any money in either of y'all's professions here.

This profession isn't easy, but over time is very rewarding.
