On my 18th birthday at 1 in the morning I opened my first credit card account. 6 days after my 18th birthday I financed my own car.

Change the HVAC filter, give the dog flea treatment, birthdays, business appointments.

So I am approaching my 18th birthday and once I graduate I plan on using an FHA loan and putting 3.5% down on a house hack.

I rent a pontoon boat every year for my birthday in May and have a blast.
