Our thought is to rent to college athletes (or other college students) in our town.

As a pro athlete, locker room talk was always the second best thing to winnning games.

(morality & ethics should be present)    Another good example:  Charles Poliquin (he coached more Olympic athletes that anyone) one of his last conferences a lady in the audience asked him, about how he trains/ diet plan for elite vegan athletes. 

But today, I stand before you as a humble beginner in the world of real estate.As a professional athlete, I've been fortunate enough to experience financial stability, thanks to my football career.

I can say from experience, it's the life shake-ups that afford the transformative moments, the BIG change times, and embracing the pain, like any pro-athlete or body-builder can share, it becomes a good pain, transformative pain, you learn to harness it and use it once break through fear of it. 

My wife is a teacher and I am an athletic trainer.
