For the most part, portfolios don't stagger their problems in a nice orderly fashion. 

With his interest, and with the massive capabilities of our mutual friend and I may be able to re-make the place in some basic fashion for him.  

I want to buy properties where I can fashion the calculations to reduce principle and own the asset free and clear in the shortest time possible.

Keep in mind some of those Southern churches are very wealthy and those running it are driving top end cars  50k rolex and wifes decked out in hundreds of thousands of Nice personal jewelry this is what I saw when I worked MS TN and AL.. those Pastors were quite wealthy.

I'm sure I can trace back well over $100 million of capital to BP in some fashion. 

I graduated over 20 years ago and still a high percentage of the deals I make/partnerships I form are through connections I made in college (and we didn’t even have social media back then, we had to keep in touch after school by calling and emailing each other the old fashioned way).
