I am looking to purchase another home this year in Tempe, AZ and prices seem to be very inflated as of lately...

Don't think they were fully done when the inspection took place, but it is done now.Punch List EXTERIOR Seal all seams in siding Seal all gaps on trim and where trim meets siding material Caulk all doors and windows where needed ROOFING / GUTTERS Seal over all exposed nails Repair flashing around vents where needed Add kikk out flashings where needed PLUMBING Adjust hot water temp 110 - 120 deg.

. -90F temps, -60F every year. 10 month winters, 3 week summers.

And the fed is manipulating anything & everything it can.  

I'm very put off that they are trying to flex on you like that to try to manipulate you.

Ring doorbell or similar camera to check on who comes in and out, and smart thermostat so you can change the temp before guests arrive or when they leave.

You have an attorney, they need to handle it...the renter is bullying you and thinks they can manipulate you.

The problem is the curriculum never taught what money is, the history, practical application, and how the flow of money (currency) & regulation of the financial system can be used to manipulate the value of assets causing more violent boom/bust cycles than if it was left to a more lassez faire type market.

Everyone can say what they think on here but before anyone goes around messing with retirement funds they might want to pay for a legal opinion letter.This way if an issue comes up there might be some kind of recourse for a party giving misinformation.Talk is cheap and people tend to change or manipulate what they said in the past to "cover their $ss".
