I have north of 10 LLC's personally for all sorts of various activities.. and do probably 250 plus transactions a year.. in the last 10 years I have one actual lawsuit and that was over a contract dispute that has gotten settled.. lots of sabor rattling.. but end of the day you really have to be stubborn to make it all the way in front of a trier of fact.And in our market were small claims in 7500 .. you can cover most things there is you really want to sue the b$$st$ard for a 3k wrong doing.. like we see folks post about on BP.Other wise I do believe proper insurance is important..
