Then you have a water-resistant surface that will not swell up and look damaged when people put cleaners there or have the inevitable drain leaks.

There are click locks that install like laminate but are quite water resistant(water proof except at the seams and then it depends on how well it was installed.

If you have been in RE and are still in it a decade later and making a profit then you have won.if you get into the business and flame out in 24 months then obviously it did not work.. what makes the difference.The differences are where you are in the RE cycle.. some markets were or are much better for letting the newbie get into the game in the first place..

I've had some resistance from inherited tenants and placed one new tenant.  

At cap rates over 25%, it's hard to resist these deals.

If there's resistance after my real world talk, they usually filter themselves out when they realize we run a pretty tight ship and stick to our rules.

It doesn't like standing water and it can gauge, but is actually quite scratch resistant and absolutely scuff proof.
