The REI climates in California run in every possible direction.

I like the numbers for Seattle but I do tend to think it's more likely to be overbought from too much money chasing too little inventory and the previously-mentioned regulatory climate is concerning. 

In this current climate I’m looking at a process of brrrr-ing into bridge not permanent finance, to get my HML lender off the books and available for more deals, and allow myself to pivot quickly into lower rate loans that I believe to be coming back sometime 2023.

I never give any credence to these things because, while it’s interesting to see where the politician’s heads are at, these things have 0% chance of ever becoming official policy or law, ESPECIALLY in this divided political climate.

The best areas to invest are where you can merge the best teams on the ground with the right market climate.

My target area is multi-units in the Ottawa region, but I think any cold climate rural area in Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Regina, Calgary, etc) would have the similar cost parameters.Question 1: Natural Gas Most multi-units I review have centralized hot water tanks and furnace to heat the entire building.

It also seems that roofs will last longer in a dry climate. 

The better question in today’s changing economic climate for me is how more people don’t make more time for BP.
