If debt could be used in a similar fashion in the stock market then the stock market would clearly be better, but you can't.

@Jay HinrichsI agree with you related to the general class of sub to sellers and that many of them wouldn't quite understand about the insurance but, in general, I told all of them that we had safeguards in place to make sure their notes were paid in a timely fashion and that if their credit scores were being hurt because of their payment history prior to the sale that it was likely that their credit scores would rise after the sale (all else being equal). 

But, if you just want to know the most fashionable place to buy right now according to bigger pockets, I’d say Columbus, Ohio.

I'm sure this has been discussed in some fashion almost ad-nauseum on here, but I wanted to see what people think about using either new card offers with 0% interest for the usual 15-24 months, or balance transfers with the same type of terms.I am currently remodelling my home, and I usually have at least 2 or more 0% balance transfer offers for 15+ months on several of my credit cards, and always am getting new offers from my banks or in the mail for new ones.

We will weed out the ones that took advantage of the situation, work with others that were trying and were truly affected to catch up in a humane fashion. 

You have plenty of risks like the area getting less fashionable than other areas in the coast.
