I've been focused on debunking the flawed math behind many of the claims people are throwing around.Anyway, my previous post was a response to the idea that there's some unbeatable return on paying down your mortgage early--that's simply factually inaccurate.

If your broker agrees, make sure you get it in writing to cover yourself.I won't do anything to ever risk my broker's license and although you may think it's okay, it only takes an audit of your broker's books from the association to uncover this transaction and raise red flags.

Either I'm acting as a licensee or I'm not.I'm happy I decided to get my license for many reasons, this issue included, but I can still point out the flaw in the logic.  

If you are growing modestly, you will still uncover the occasional value-add property. 

The guru's offer good information but their delivery system is flawed and largely unsuccessful.

Every system you try will have flaws or you'll salivate over a feature that shows up in other software.

I obviously used flawed logic to come to my conclusion.

I know that this is a personal flaw and that I should go for it if it makes sense to me after doing my own research, however, I can't help but think that it may not work out the way I believe it could based on all of the negative sentiment I have received from family and friends.

We do this not to uncover the original purchase price, but to discover what exactly is being assigned to us.Think about it: if there are stipulations in your contract that aren't disclosed in the assignment, how do I know what I'm agreeing to?
