The house is structurally very sound, just outdated in some parts.

Essentially, the FEMA floodmap was outdated, and in reality, the elevation of the building was higher than the floodplain elevation. 

Also you lease should have something about "holdover tenants" where you can charge them double rent for the time that they stay past their move out date.

With all that said, its still a beautiful place.This is absolutely true disgracefully, everything in Puerto Rico takes longer because our systems and processes are outdated. 

You can also glaze the tile in a shower if it's outdated instead of re-tiling, which is much more expensive.

I believe the course ultimately sped up my understanding while also provided more up to date information ( a lot of older books are a little outdated on the financing end). 

My issue is that I consider the mls an outdated form of centralizing listing data.

Each state has it's own set of rules regarding property transfer and making a mistake based on old information or outdated practices can ruin you financially.
