Well I guess I got my post reported because I mentioned the President name....my apologiesSo here is the "acceptable" part of my original post...I'm with Thomas.....I'd explain to him that I am going to proceed exactly the same as any other non-paying tenant...doesn't mean I'm going to carry out a full eviction but I will have everything in place if this doesn't work out.Just because he will get back pay doesn't guarantee you are first in line to get that $$...unless eviction is right at his front door ready to knock.If this was a blue collar guy who's company was struggling to pay him, how would you handle it?....
