@David Song I've had good luck working with the local movers in my area to find homes to move into my parks.

This approach actually seems very easy and streamlined. 

But they have another similar one you can get if you move really quick, skip all DD and wire the money this afternoon... classic bait and switch topped with a sprinkle of manufactured urgency/ fear of missing out.

Also call a few of your mobile home movers and ask them if they would move the home out for free if they kept / sold the scrap.
