Even if you found one to do more, you are going to see an increased interest rate from the 3.75% you  currently have so I don't think the tradeoff would work.....I believe that this property, in that area, is a sound investment and one you want to hold on to to build long term wealth, vice short term income.

It may be expensive to to get into but you if you can afford it, bel air should be good purchase.Other areas to consider around APG are aberdeen ( home of Cal Ripken jr ) Havre de grace ( beautiful bay town on the water ) Edgewood and joppatown (my old stomping grounds)

@Harry Williams take a second look at your pictures and see if there are any that do not add any wow factor and think about deleting them. sometimes having too many pictures can detter potential buyers from viewing the property in person, they see all they need to online. you want to show just enough to to generate interest and leave them wanting more. they will now be curious and want to tour the home. hopefully they will make an emotional connection at the property.many great suggestions earlier in this post also.

I spent 4 months alone on trying to find a REAL mentor, not some BS guru, not some flat foot investor trying to make money off being a "mentor" that knows as much or less than I do, I mean a real bonafide mentor, someone that is willing to to let a real investor (someone that has setup their entity, and are marketing themselves -website, social media, etc. not a wishful wannabe.) learn from them and the steps involved and the process from start to finish.
