I found a small property listing for $54k in Jacksonville FL.

@Bailey Masters I recently moved to Jacksonville, AL for school and have been trying to learn as much as possible about REI.

I am interested in other surrounding markets such as Jacksonville and Fayetteville as well as back in Toledo where I know its hot hot hot!
