I buy 90 Pound card stock from Amazon and then have Office Max cut it into postcard size and it is really inexpensive.I usually double or triple the money I've spent on my mailings.

Spend the funds to send out post cards, driving for dollars, cold calling, etc...I launched a new campaign and within the last 3 days I was able to pick up 3 homes a lot cheaper than going through a wholesaler or MLS.

I have heard of marketers reaching out to those individuals when the owner's address comes back as a RTS because of the address being vacant, unable to forward, or not deliverable as addressed.Can someone who follows up on these RTS leads tell me what you do with your postcards or yellow letters that get returned when the owner's address is vacant?
