Maybe they meditate or pray or spent some quiet time - in a forest, by a lake, or some other place out in nature - trying to find and listen to an inner voice, etc.That's all fine - but don't spend a lot of time on it.

Mine could certainly stand to be more systematized, but it normally includes a 5:15 wakeup call, cup of coffee on the way to 6 AM Jiu jitsu, bolt home to shower, meditate (Headspace and Sam Harris' meditations), prepare lunch, and I’m out the door.

I'm on a 3 week streak of getting up around 5, and then:- headspace app (10 mins of meditation)- Physical therapy exercises for my bum shoulder while I make coffee- Goal of making at least 1 post on BP every morning (32 day streak as of today!)

Back on my powerful morning routine...Woke up to a quick wake up meditation,,My oldest got up with me and we did some stretching and a workout,Another meditation and affirmations that he picked out,Got the youngest up and readied them for driving to school,Dropped the youngest off at chess club,Then spent the best 30 minutes ever with my oldest at Panera playing a card game before dropping him off at school,Now doing some journaling, reading, and sharing before day three of Target setting begins.Routines have become my source of certainty, power, and habitual 1% steps towards the person I desire to become.

I would (personally) ditch the Namaste picture; anyone who does yoga, transcendental meditation or anything else that involves "Hommmmm" will know what the space and the mats are for, and the people that don't do it won't care.
