Yes, there was a small cost associated with it, but it was negligible compared to the peace of mind I felt with being able to use 1 spot to manage it all.

I've spent my fair share of time in excel creating these amortization schedules and my mind is fried.

One thing we all need to keep in mind is we're not long removed from the most absurd sellers market (mid 2020 through mid 2022) in American history, so we may have a skewed view of what a buyer's and seller's market actually are.
