The boundary by acquiescence came about after the people that bought our home built a fence and drama started.

@Mark Soreco the other option I would suggest, is to hire a virtual assistant and have him/her handle all your tenant communication, leasing, scheduling and vendor management. 

My idea is to assist in below grade.

This may have worked for John but for every John out there, it probably backfires on people 9 times.

His goal was to get X number of doors and then travel the world while his virtual assistants ran his properties. 

When people call, I schedule appointments 15 minutes apart.

I'm willing to work with any real estate investor so I can get started or if you know of any real estate investor whose is considering an assistant I'm more than willing to take that role or if you know of other way to get started.
