Andy (LO BALL) Ho was a guy who passed around the office from broker to broker, making dozens of offers on dozens of properties all so low in offering price that they could never be accepted.

Unfortunately, there seem to be investors that buy too high and then when the overages arise and the delays pop up are jammed up against HML payments resulting in fire sale pricing to get out from a bad deal. 

They gave us their possible referrals but it did not ensure that these guys are good or bad, it did not ensure a single scheduled introduction time.

They are always going to look for the skinniest margin and call the next guy to see if they can do better than the last.

Just curious, what are you guys looking at for insurance on sub 300k homes in OKC? 

It's definitely a people business and while there will be many bad apples out there my goal is to find the few good ones and work with them exclusively!
