I was interested in this property because it is cute property and it generates monthly revenue.With a little work added to it, and some love given, it turned out to be a lovely house for a family who enjoys living there.

Since that decoupling, there has been a long stream of "rah-rah" shows that IMO did not focus on ordinary people, bringing a sense of reality back to the process, and inspiring people not by stoking BS dreams of Grant Cardone (who's Grant Cardone, my long-running joke) but by highlighting how your any wo/man could do it, in a realistic way.

This woman obtained a list of RV park owners, and began contacting the owners expressing her interest in specializing in RV parks.  

@JD Martin   Given it is Massachusetts a state where landlords are not favored it felt like Karma that this woman was charged. 

While the woman herself may not have caused issues, the previous situation tied to her family had serious red flags.

Legal precedent, yes, for collecting for the damage the ex-tenant caused with that cute lil (illegal) *****cat with the UTI.Loss of rent, doubtful.
