I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the price per square foot new builds in logan command. 

I have my eye on other spots in Idaho, though prices have kept me away ($200k per 1/2 acre in more common destinations)!

I got lucky because the second deal I did was a lot in an area that a big-time developer in Charleston, SC was eyeing for a while.

So if you pulled $100k you will end up with 60-70k, which it will be very difficult to have real estate surpass returns of 401k that much to catch up a 30-40k head start with your 401k
