Are you stating that you have made, or have heard of an investment on Prosper of $10,000 that pays interest only payments of $320 per month for 36 months and then your principal of $10,000 is returned; or is the $320 monthly payment INCLUSIVE of principal and interest and the loan amortized over three years?

U then have to make your payments while your buyer is ripping your rents .. and in Baltimore foreclosures take at least a year and cost thousands.. you could find yourself upside down 25k or more before you knew what hit you.. so is it worth the risk.Google All inclusive Deed of Trust  California.. this is hands down the best debt instrument to use if you can .. read it carefully and you will understand what rights this debt instrument gives you as the beneficiary of said instrument.
