Don't massage the numbers to fit the return you want.

Other then that, we get into the ridiculous but effective, like smokin hot massage girls, free vegas trips WITH the smokin hot massage girls........... uhm, did I say smokin hot massage girls.

When you're massaging the numbers to try and make a deal out of a marginal one, you often end up with problems.
