So, again, a sponsor needs to have real skin in the game, not the illusion of skin in the game.

How many windows don't open/shut property - they should know that already and cost should be based on how many and the nature of the repair.

A good lender doesn’t want you to lose money any more than they do.Given the competitive nature of the industry, there are many lenders now who will lend to newbies.

I know there's so many ways to skin the real estate cat and MHP seem like a viable one.Could anyone show me some example numbers if you've purchased MHP?
